Details...

We have been living in our new home for almost 8 months now and it's still not done...a perpetual work in progress, but we are getting there...as much as I would love to share the space with you all, and soon hopefully I will, for now I think I will settle for showing off some itty-bitty details...those little things that make a house a home...enjoy...
...my ever-growing magazine collection...the holiday issues are coming in-excited!
...lately I have been obsessed with vintage glass containers, these are some I managed to pick up recently...
...couldn't resist but take a close-up of the last remaining muffin that a good friend of mine made and they were amazing...I am in the process of trying to get the recipe so I can share it here...
...some kitchen literature I always seem to come back to so it's always close at hand...
...don't know what it is but I have a fascination with skulls, here is a skull-bank I picked up in Brooklyn this past September...
...a rhinestone mini-skull, who could resist?
...stocking up the mini-bar for the holidays...
...one of my favourite finds from Antrhopologie...love that store...
...every girl likes to display her trinkets, my favourite way is to use vintage containers and glass jars...
...a beautiful vintage sugar bowl and saucer I found in a local thrift shop...
Hope you enjoyed the itty-bitty mini tour of some of the details of my new(er) home...hopefully I will have more to share once we finish up all the other little things that need to be done...until then, happy Thursday everyone...
Love K

Oh my gosh - looks amazing!! I love the vintage glass containers especially.

The one with more of a bowl to it in back there would look awesome if you filled it with gumballs of the same (or even different) colours. Emily of Cupcakes and Cashmere tried that using turquoise ones or something? And it looked really neat
