"the windy city"...

I either love torturing myself by looking at these or I am a cruel and horrible person who enjoys viewing others suffer the snow and cold like me...either way, the spread below seems aptly appropriate given the month and season and all the wonderful (cold) things that come along with that...once again the shoot is from Vogue Korea (my not-so-secret style obsession) and once again I happen to think it's fantastic~snow and all...my one and only complaint about this...having the knowledge that the snow is fake, the clothes are impractical in actual winter scenarios, the wind is produced by a wind machine (complete with an "off" button) and while the model and crew probably get to escape this snowy-non-reality and return to the less-harsh more-livable Korean winter weather, us poor folk in the arctic have to wade through actual snow and wind (in far more practical, yet not-quite-so-glamourous garb)...sigh...perhaps I just love torturing myself...

yeah, let's see her do that shoot in three feet of snow, and not leaping over a puddle but an actual snowbank ;)

Love this spread. But I'm in agreement about the practicality of the outfits. Maybe in our autumn & spring we could wear it in our arctic weather.
