Paul Rabrabhi's Street Style...

I think the following Alexander Wang quote aptly describes the theme of this particular post...being the trendland junkie that I am, and a street style addict to boot, I had to share this recent post about Thai artist/illustrator Paul Rabrabhi's street style art...but first, Mr. Wang's brilliant words...

So true, so true...I find that the above rings particularly true in lieu of the recent winter weather, when one needs to be especially creative with fashion...seriously, it's quite difficult to look 'intriguing' when the only things visible are one's extremities and the rest of you is bundled in layers, upon layers of bulky apparel (shudder)...but I digress...in the following, the artist blends various images from style blogs and merges them together to create a watercolour collage of street style goodness, both detailed and bright...once again I can't help but regret my decision of dropping art class in grade 10..my stick people simply do not compare!
Aside from his fashion illustrations, Rabrabhi also makes some pretty neat scrapbooks...a man after my own heart...sigh...anyway I figured I would include some images of these as well for your viewing pleasure, mostly because they are pretty interesting and really artistic but also because I love sneaking peeks of other people's unique and creative works...Enjoy...
Love K

i love fashion illustrations. i even took a class, but my drawings were 'picasso-esque' at best. and finger paint by 4 year olds at worst. not good.
