...those that know me are aware of the fact that I am completely useless when it comes to baking...but this morning the baking Gods must have been shinning down on me because I finally managed to make absolutely beautiful~but more importantly EDIBLE~muffins (Organic oatmeal peach rasberry)...I had to share my baking creation, mostly because this miracle is two-fold: first, I can't believe I did not burn down our apartment...and second, as I mentioned they are completely 100% edible...I promise :-) 1-point K: 0-points evil oven...
